1:1 coaching/mentorship offers individual support to help propel you into action with clarity and focus ~ using mind body practices to support you on your wellbeing journey. Private Group bookings are tailored to you and your group needs; we use wellbeing practices such as meditation and mindfulness to deliver fully inclusive sessions.
Workshops & Events
Our bespoke workshops and events are designed to support you in developing a wellbeing toolkit as well as introduce you to mind body practices to help deepen your knowledge and connection to self. We also facilitate workshops and events for a number of clients including education establishments, wellness festivals, social care providers, health service and wellness professionals.
Sessions can range from a few hours to comprehensive programmes both to complement and drive your company’s wellbeing agenda. Using proven meditation and mindfulness strategies to bring calm and clarity to your workforce resulting in a more resilient, productive, and creative workplace. Sessions can be delivered online or in person, within the working day or evening.
As a licenced X-HAIL® Instructor I deliver a variety of sessions that incorporate signature X-HAIL® techniques. These mind body classes offer an effortless meditation experience; using aromatherapy, mindful stretches, modern music, guided and/or self-led meditation and breathwork to help reset your Nervous System. Sessions can be delivered online or in person.
